Looks like Salman is on a charity spree. They say, “It's important to give it all you have while you have the chance.” And this is what Salman seems to follow as of now. We have seen him indulging in charity services here and there these days.
We had it that Salman Khan is all set to launch exclusive gold coins under his charity banner Being Human and in association with India’s famous jewellery brand, Gitanjali. In the course of the event, the actor was put on weighing scales, much to the amusement of the audience. Salman was weighed in silver and the accrued silver was bought by a Dubai based businessman. The amount was naturally put into ‘Being Human’.
Every gold coin also carries a personal message from Salman as a token of gratitude to the buyer.
“Gold coins are a popular gift during the festive season and by choosing Being Human Pure Gold Coins by Gitanjali Jewelers, you support a good cause. The Being Human initiative by Salman Khan Foundation is dedicated to supporting the cause of education and healthcare for the underprivileged. This initiative is an opportunity for all of us to contribute in our small way towards society,” said Salman.
Present on the occasion were Salman’s brothers and actors Arbaaz, Sohail and sisters Arpita and Alvira.
Salman is so serious with his foundation, that he lives no stones unturned in promoting it. Recently he had walked the ramp for the Grand Finale of Men’s Fashion Week in Delhi in spite the fact that he was not well.
Keep up the good job Salman bhai!
